On the Rocks at Wxyz

As the warm summer approaches, the Wxyx introduces our new summer cocktails. The NY Spritzer with a touch of sauvignon blanc, lemon, St. Germaine elderflower liquer is a perfect ending to a long day at the office. Or you may want to add a a new twist to your choice of cocktail with our Late Night Rum, an exotic blend of Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, pina colada mix and Meyer's Dark Rum. The fashionistas love our light LA Kiwi, dressed up in cachaca, margarita mix, lime and kiwi. The Golf Tea, a mix of Jeremiah Weed Sweet Tea Vodka and lemonade is a refreshing cocktail to please any discrimating taste. So join us soon at the Wxyz for a cocktail that was inspired by the balmy Carribean breeze and warm summer nights.

Earth Day Loudoun

On February 25th, the Committee organizing the EarthDay@Loudoun Family Festival gathered at Clyde’s at Willow Creek Farm for an evening of socializing and Green Networking. Representatives from Sustainable Loudoun, Syna Vista, US Green Building Council, NOVA Spray Foam Insulation, Woven Green, Live Roof, Broadlands, Ashburn Farm, Wildlife Habitat Committee and other supporters joined together with eco-friendly businesses, non-profit environmental organizations and green-minded consumers to help promote the Loudoun County Green Business Challenge and to plan for the EarthDay@Loudoun 2010 Family Festival.

The Festival is scheduled for Sunday, April 25th from 11 am to 4 pm at Clyde’s at Willow Creek Farm - 42920 Broadlands Boulevard in Broadlands.
